Nicolle has her Associate’s Degree with a focus on Child Development from ICC, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Eureka College. After college, she worked with Skill Sprout as a Line Therapist, working specifically with kids with Behavioral Disorders and Autism, in addition to working as a Pre-K teacher. Nicolle has also worked for The Center for Youth and Family Solutions as a Youth Advocate. She has a passion for children with disabilities and volunteered to work with special needs children in various community settings. Nicolle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, and playing games with family and friends.
